PREP treats PDF form elements just like any other PDF tag. PREP Currently only supports pre-created Acrobat forms for remediation.

After uploading the PDF inside PREP, follow these steps to create the PDF form :

Step 1 : Fix sensitivity and reading order, draw over the content manually

Step 2 : Go to form creation mode

Step 3 : Select a tag from the new form pane in left side of the screen.

Step 4 : Update the tooltip property and any other required property of the form elements from tag pane

Step 5 : Nest the form elements with the corresponding label tag

Tips :
1. Ensure all form elements are nested properly inside a PDF tag like P.

2. Ensure all form elements have tooltips and other required attributes.
